This in-depth webinar series will help attendees learn the ins and outs of creating supportive, non-discriminatory environments for K-12 gender diverse children and youth. We help administrators, teachers, counselors, directors and other staff gently move from awareness to action. Trainings provide accurate, up-to-date, accessible information regarding the best practices needed to create gender inclusive environments for all students, regardless of gender status. We will do this by helping attendees….

1. Understand, adhere to, and fully implement anti-discrimination policies and guidelines
2. More fully incorporate the topic of gender diversity with existing DEI programs and initiatives
3. Support students in establishing gender support plans
4. Gain specific guidance relating to gender-separated spaces such as bathrooms, locker rooms, sports, and other student activities
5. Confidently address questions and concerns from parents, students, and educators
6. Develop age-appropriate classroom instruction on topics related to gender and gender diverse identities and expressions
7. Address pronoun and name changes and any needed gender-specific systems changes
8. Respectfully engage and honor their communities with respect to faith, racial, political, and cultural differences.
